Free (as in speech) Internet, or Minitel 2.0 ?
This is a (french) conference of Benjamin Bayart at the 8th Libre Software Meeting, in Amiens, July 13th 2007.
This conference make a similarity matching (in a political, economical and technical point of view) between "old style" network, such as the french Minitel, and Internet.
